About: A regional community-based outpatient multidisciplinary team that includes therapists, outreach counsellors, dietitian, nurse, family therapist, physicians and psychiatrists.
Works with individuals at various sates in the recover process in collaboration with their Primary Care Providers (Family Physician, Nurse Practitioner).
Offers a range of treatment options including group work, a family and friends support group, individual/family therapy, outreach, nutritional, specialized medical and psychiatric support.
