Introduction

Anyone can be an ally or an advocate for people with eating disorders. The first step is to educate ourselves and others, and to challenge the stereotypes and stigma in our own lives.

If you’d like to get involved or give back, this section includes some ways to volunteer in BC. We also provide information on efforts and events that prevent eating disorders and promote healthy body image and self-love.
