About: This is a service for adolescents with serious and persistent psychiatric disorder, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, eating disorder not otherwise specified (EDNOS). Accepts referrals for therapy directly from families seeking service. Caregivers or school personnel may also phone to (facilitate referral on behalf of teens and their families. To access a psychiatric assessment, physicians can request a physician referral form. Provides individual therapy and education.
